All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

A few days ago the EE website just stopped showing how much data I have left despite me knowing I do have some and I can't add more because it just displays an error. Anyone know how to fix these issues? Thanks.

@Prick12 : Under the section "Your allowances", does it show all as "0 left of 0"? This is a known issue which is being investigated.
Use text AL to 150 instead to see your remaining allowances.

Identical issue - app and MyEE shows zero allocations left, AL to 150 shows the correct values (200 odd minutes and 20 odd GB of data). Has been like this for a few days now.

@Christopher_G - yes I'm still able to use all my services as normal and my allocations are being consumed as expected when querying AL via SMS to 150 (eg. I used 2 minutes and it dropped from 240 mins available to 238).
Its purely I can no longer check my remaining allocations via the app / MyEE.

My pack renewed yesterday with over 1gb of data. The app is not registering this - it's stuck on 67mb. The old app worked fine - and looked better too...

@pccccppcc Have you tried restarting your device and checking it again?
