All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

Mise renewed on Saturday, so Monday was a bolt from the blue, see my earlier comment, just text AL to 150 to keep track of your usage, and like I said don't hold your breath for a fix.

why are my alliances showing 0 when they were topped up yesterday?
Also cannot see my boost included

Just found out, if you text AL to 150 it gives you a full breakdown of your balances included boosts 🙂

I’m having the same problem.
I’ve been in touch with EE who say that it’s a technical problem with the new app that should be sorted within the next 24 hours.
