I have an account with a old PAYG phone number associated with a eSIM that I stopped using.
Now I've got a new number associated as well with a eSIM that I need to add to my existing account but when I did so it's still not visible.
I received the confirmation text to when adding the number but it doesn't show up on my account.. furthermore I can't delete the old number.

@Jonas96 eSims are only for contract customers other are no available on PAYG.

Not correct, both numbers work and all I do is top up every time I want to use them. Both are eSIM.. thank you though but not really what I was asking about either way

@Jonas96 That’s very correct you can not have an eSim on PAYG it’s only for contract customers.

Simply incorrect but no reason to argue and it has nothing to do with my initial question.. Regardless of what they've said I went to LHR T2 twice to get my eSIM sorted. I've now got two phone numbers on my iPhone.. both on an eSIM along with my physical SIM from Iceland. As I understand both of them are PAYG because I don't have a subscription with either of them but just top them up when I'm in the UK and need to use them.
But as I said this has nothing to do with my question, however, I need to add one number to my account to be able to top it up, BTW it's an eSIM ;)..

In your online MyEE go to Menu > A/c Settings > Add an A/c.
