Register problems

I keep being asked to register number to EE but when I put my number in it says already have account with this number so have no others number's to add so please how do I get rid of move on its doing my nut in help!!😭

Have you previously registered your number with a different email address?

To be honest mate I try so many times I probably did as won't let me do any think it says I'm or my details are the main owner of phone that is registered and need another one or sign up to EE community then I click it then it welcome bk Toffee01 so don't know what to do to stop it apart from use some different or throw it at wall lol but I lost to what to do

Hi @Toffee01,

Please get in touch with Customer Care so the team can locate any old accounts associated with your number. They'll be able to remove them so you can add your number to your new My EE account.
