Hi, my EE states that I am not the bill payer and I can’t upgrade my phone. I am the bill holder. Any tips of how to update this? I have tried to follow instructions previously given but unable to locate the settings stated in the instructions given

You can change this setting in your online account settings. Menu - Account settings -manage numbers.

Thanks very much for your reply. I can’t find account settings or manger numbers on my EE app. Any guidance on where to find this please?

These settings are within your My EE account online, not the app.
Please go to Account settings > Manage numbers to add yourself as the account holder.
