Good morning
I am on a flex plan with EE. I have an online account and also use the app. I've bought a mobile for my 11 year old daughter and set her up on a monthly direct debit also with EE (EE would not allow me to set up a flex plan for her). However I am unable to add her number to my online account to manage her account. Does anyone know whether this is possible? Many thanks in advance. Irene

@Png : You can't add a contract no. to a PAYG MyEE a/c. They don't mix.
Why on earth did CS not allow you to set up a Flex a/c for her? It should be possible.

I don't think they offer flex plans to new customers and have tried a couple of times to get me off mine.
They also advised me that I could manage her account via my own flex account so that's obviously incorrect. Very frustrating. Do you know if I can set up a 2nd online account to manage her number using my email address? I don't want to have to set up a 2nd email address just to manage her account. Thank you

No, you can't have 2 MyEE's with the same email addy. Just get another from Outlook.com or GMail.
