The add on page is not working.

I am on pay as you go, I pay £10.00 a month and it comes up as an error message.

To anyone still having the issue, if you have enough credit just text the following to 150 to buy add-ons:

ADD DATA
ADD MINS
ADD TEXTS

Don't be surprised when some of the options will not be recognised (e.g. I can't buy 200 texts for a day).

I have same problem , no add on or subscription access. Tried link and that doesn't work either

Having the same issue, the add-on.ee.co.uk link doesn't recognise that I'm on the network, and both the app's and the website's add-ons pages don't load anything either. This is all I'm seeing:

I'm trying to add the unlimited data add-on to my PAYG SIM, and I tried texting ADD DATA to 150 as well. Even though I had the required balance, when I texted UNL DATA, I got "Hi from EE. Sorry, this add-on isn't available. Please visit the EE app or reply ADD DATA for information on our available options."
