Hi,
I’d like to add an additional line to my account (I have 2 lines already) and use a F&F discount but I don’t want to use FlexPay, I just want to use the traditional plans. I seem to be able to upgrade my two plans at the moment to normal handset plans but trying to add a new plan online forces me to FlexPay. I can’t add a line over the phone as F&F can only be added online so I’m a bit stuck….

When taking a contract out online, only Flex Pay plan area available. If you would like to discuss additional line options, and how you can use your Friends and Family discount please call our customer care team on 150.

So the sales team on 150 can process regular handset plans with F&F discount now? I thought you could only use the code online now? Just checking before I call up….
