Activating my new sim

Hi I can't seem to add my new sim to the app to register it.

@Sian882  Is your sim activated?  It needs to be activated to register it.  It can take up-to 24 hours to activate but try restarting the device a few times 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
