Why can’t I transfer data from my number to a second number on my account? I was able to do this previously before the app update.

Welcome to the community.
It should be under Mobile Data on the main app screen. Could you try on the My EE desktop website?

Thanks Chris but the latest edition of the EE app doesn’t have mobile data on the main app screen. I recently did an update to the app which has a new look and layout and since then I can’t locate data transfers

Were you able to gift data via My EE online?
An update which resolves the data gifting issue will start rolling out very soon.

Hi James no I wasn't able to gift data not through the app nor online, which is frustrating.
I couldn’t find the option to do it anywhere.

Hi James I did but it takes me through to my account, still can’t see any option for gifting data.

I do and each time it takes me through to a blank page.
When will it be sorted on the app and why is there an issue with it?

Could you try a different web browser and let me know if you see the same issue?
A fix for the data gifting issue that if affecting a small number of customers is expected to rollout in an update this week.
