I want to know when my contract runs out, but when I log into my account nothing has been registered. It won’t let me register my phone because it’s asking for my card details, I don’t have the same card as when I set up the account so it won’t let me do it.

@Kezzaaaaaxox  You don’t need card details to login to your online EE account.  You need your email address and password.

but just to check what card are you on about?  SIM card ? Credit/debit card ?

You can text UPGRADE to 150 and then add 45 days to that date in the return message to know when your contact has reached its minimum term.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I can log into my account but it just says I have no device connected to the account. It asks for my bank card details. I’ve tried to text 150 but it tells me there is a problem to go onto the website.

@Kezzaaaaaxox   something not right here.  You need to call customer services about this as obviously you have a sim and that should be registered on your account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Kezzaaaaaxox : What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
