Account holder

I am the account holder but the app says I am not.. it suggests I get the account holder to log in to make changes but I am the account holder and I pay the bills from my personal account!

@Jom69  Login to your online EE account and change yourself from user to account holder. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You can do it under Account Settings > Manage Numbers.
