Hi, I have tried to access the app, which just either throws me back to the log in screen or tells me it's not my service isn't working right and to try later. I've cleared cache, removed and reloaded the app.
I can sign into the website but it just says the billing info isn't available. I've been with EE for 2 years but now can't see my usage or billing, this has been going on for a couple of weeks. What am I doing wrong please?

If this is happening with the app and logging into your EE account online, we will need to get this looked into for you. To do this, please get in touch with our technical support guides and they can check the details and see why you're unable to access the billing information and help get this sorted.

I have exactly the same issue for about a month now. Just going round in circles trying to login to app and just error messages when logging in online saying billing info unavailable.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Technical Guides. They’ll be able to run through some checks and investigate to identify the issue and help get this sorted for you.

Same here, BT moved us to EE and never been able to link products onto account. Spoke to the 'guides' at length. They dont have a clue how to resolve, and after an hour 2 days ago, i called gain yesterday and they could even see the details or a fault logged despite the girl telling me they were logging it.
I want to review my account/ Bills etc and i cant see anything. Bring back BT !!

If you have been in touch with our technical support guides a few times and this has not been resolved, you can complete the Make a complaint form and one of our complaints team will contact you to help you with the linking your EE products to the EE account online and EE app.
