EE App Is the app actually still under maintenance it has been like 12 hours now.
and why is it always being done at prime times on Sunday evening when I need to pause their WI-FI so they can get some sleep ready for school on Monday.

@Maverick5494 , my app is working, yours should be too, have you made sure that you have the latest version?
Are you able to log in via the website if the app is not working?
You may need to ring customer service to get an account refresh, that should work. They do maintenance at night, not during the day.

Been on the website many times and now the app, and I’m still unable to view my bill due to Maintenance….
a customers right is to be able to do this as I believe I am paying too much but can get into the system to check or get a call back.

I appreciate that you try to schedule this for when you think the fewest people use the app, but the point I want to make is: why does this technical maintenance involve any downtime at all?
Modern IT systems (from mobile banking apps to Netflix) are designed such that essential maintenance can be performed with no downtime whatsoever for any end customers.
The fact that you regularly take this service offline is not a good look in 2026; it suggests your IT systems are either antiquated or poorly designed.
And from the point of view of customers who, for example, work shifts and over weekends (such as emergency first responders), the fact that they are considered fair game to be inconvenienced because they’re a minority group is no consolation.
