Spent all evening speaking to call centre, 3 different staff members telling me I had to wait 24 hours and that's why the esim generated in app wasn't activating. Checked app just now and lo and behold it's down for maintenance. Is it common practice to lie to customers? They've got me told I need to go to store half an hour in the wrong direction for me tomorrow to sort it, I'm self employed and desperately trying to get my phone working before 9am. Hoping they fix it before then but if not I think I'll be bringing my 11 years of multi sim custom to and end soon, was already considering it due to the poor signal.
