A new Iphone was due to be delivered on Sunday by DPD - they were delayed by more than 3 hours so I had to reschedule. It should have come next day, but didn't. No communication from either. Neither DPD nor EE respond with help so I will be cancelling this order and new contract. EE should provide the chance to talk to an actual human when something goes so wrong. It has been a massive waste of time.

If you ring customer service and then press 22, you should get through to a human being, who will be able to take a look at what has happened to your order, as this is not customer service and we do not know who you are and do not have account access.
