Placed a order

I placed a order for a new phone. It's took the first down payment out of my bank account but I haven't received any confirmation and can't track my order. Has my order been confirmed or not ? What do I do now ?

I completely understand why this would seem concerning and i am sure you are eager to receive your new phone too. 

How did you place the order? 

Have you been ble to check your spam or junk mail to see if the order confirmation email is there? 

Has the money left your bank or is it pending?
