I could be wrong but I think I’ve been a customer for over 30 years. Phone and I.T savvy as I run an IT team on a nuclear site. Today was my first bad experience with EE, super frustrating and nothing like I have experienced before. Copied this text, time stamped it so I can refer back to it if it happens again. Just disappointed. People lose phones, it happens, have some empathy
