Hi
have been a EE customer since the birth of EE , I was with orange & T mobile before that I have been a customer for 12 years , & EE don’t reward its loyal customers.
I have a £5 loyalty discount EE contact centre asked were I got that from & any new contact I would loose all my loyalty discounts including EU roaming that was included in my deal.
I pay well over £33 a month unlimited Texts & unlimited minutes & unlimited data but I feel loyal customers are being punished I’m considering going to ID mobile Sim only plan the price never goes up.
it’s just a shame & it feel like Iv been hit by a bus

@Thomascase93 Roaming has been paid for service since 1/1/21. Your not entitled to any discount just because of time served, Your contract is for the duration you agree to at what ever price point that is and you don’t have to agree to it your not forced to stay with the same network that was your choice.
some customers are paying a lot more than you so not sure what £33 has got to do with it.
ID mobile is a MVNO network and the price can go up when they choose to make a change it’s just not a yearly price increase.
As for not looking after loyal customers they do. I get a 30% discount on a 2nd line on my account and I also get unlimited data on all 3 of the lines on my account because I’ve got EE broadband.

Assuming you have spoken to EE from your post.
Your tariff is cheap and with the discount even cheaper. Try a SIM only only deal with the extras (roaming add on is one of these options) as these might cost more but with the extras can save you money.

@Thomascase93 Because it’s a MVNO network.

I'm 12 years loyal. Thought I'd be rewarded. Just upgraded or down graded I'm not sure,so hopefully someone can help. I've gone from Samsung A54 and now I've an a15. Which one is the better phone. I'm paying £44 with insurance and 29data . I had no option to to go in to an store because my old hand set screen was blank so couldn't us pin numbers ect
I feel the lovely man was trying to get me an amazing deal but the lady I ended up with sorting my contract, kept knocking back this man who was trying to get me a best deal.
It was so obvious and frustrating for me because I needed this phone badly. I feel robbed. Can anyone help please

@Jonnymo2 The A54 is the slightly better device. Are you saying you are paying £44 for the device each month with insurance? If so what the cost of the insurance per month?
and are you paying £29 for the airtime. Total each month is £73 is that correct? The device to purchase outright from EE is at present on sale for £129 reduced from £149. See https://ee.co.uk/products/samsung-a15-4g
Are you sure it’s not total £44 per month with insurance. The device on contract with no upfront cost is £3.46 per month over 24 months this is available online and then it’s what ever airtime tariff you choose
I do hope you’re not paying £73 per month all in.
