i spoke to a maisem today from tech support in the newcastle branch and i cannot express my gratitude enough she was empathetic and able to resolve my issue straight away. The advisor deserves a bonus for handling my call so well i have had barely any signal for a few weeks now which is extremely frustrating but she handled the complaint that well we ended the call laughing and happy not many can do this, from that call it's confirmed that i will stay with ee as they employ advisors like herself thanks again maisem you absolute star ❤️
