Is this compensation relating to a broadband fault? You wont be able to see any pending credit via your online account, but once your next bill has been produced you should be able to see the amount of credit that has been applied.
If you wanted to double check before your bill has been produced, please give us a call and one of our guides can check your account and confirm the details.
