Interview date issue – EE Truro (Sapia.ai)

I’ve been invited to interview via Sapia.ai for a role at your Truro branch, but the system only allowed January 27th. I’ll be in Salisbury and unable to travel that day. I’m very keen on the role and wanted to ask if an alternative date or remote interview would be possible.

I'm not familiar with Sapia and their internal systems / processes, but if you've been booked in to a specific branch then as a first port of call, it could be worth reaching out to them directly to see if you can establish a point of contact.

Hi thanks for the response I’m booked in for an interview with the branch in Calenick Street, Truro ,TR1 2JQ but I can’t seem to find it on the link you gave me. I’m willing to have an interview but I just can’t make that day and the booking site for interviews isn’t allowing me to pick any other day.

I'm not seeing any details for an EE store on Calenick Street. The only one we have is Pydar Street.

How did you apply for the job? Was it through Sapia.ai or directly with EE?

I applied by a link with EE and on the interview booking it says calenick street but then when I look it up it says payday street so I’m a little confused ive  attached an image of what the interview booking says

It does look like the interview is scheduled at the BT Telephone Exchange, rather than the EE store itself, and that is on Calenick Street.

If you initially applied through our EE careers page, then you would normally have an option contact the recruitment team through your profile.

Based on the posting and the brief research I've done it appears to be a Contact Centre role and not a Retail one.

The address appears to be a Contact Centre and the only currently posted role in Truro is Contact Centre Sales.

That’s where I’m a little confused because I’m unable to find anything to do with contacting I got given a link via universal credit to apply on your website but I have no clue how to get into contact for the role.
