Job application who to contact?

I've got a Final Round Interview booked in Doncaster at 09:00 on Monday 3rd August, but have some issues I need to flag up beforehand- not sure who exactly I should be contacting or how I should be contacting them, but here's the problems:

1) I finalized moving to my current address recently, so don't have any paperwork showing it as my current address (but will do when my next bank statement comes through)

2) I don't have a portable computer, so I would need to email across my paperwork & presentation

I've already submitted a thing saying this through the BT Careers Enquiries portal- is that sufficient?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
