I want to be able to keep track of my extra charges through the month without having to wait to see my next bill. I used to be able to do this and it helps keep an eye on my spending. However I cant seem to access this now. Please tell me why this information is no longer available as I dont want to have to keep ringing in to find out where my account is up to nor do I want to have to wait until my next bill to see how much I am spending.

Hi @Delangel,
Welcome to the EE Community
You should still be able to view charges that are pending for your next bill. If you are using the website, select Manage> Mobile and SIMs> View all usage and there is an Extra charges so far section on this page.
Using the EE app, from the home page under the Mobile data left square there is a View full usage button which will take you to the page with the extra charges. Or you can also navigate to it via Manage> Mobile and SIMs> View your allowances.
You can also check the amount of any pending charges by texting BALANCE to 150.

Hi @Delangel
Just to add to Alex's post,
You can see a near real-time view of what your next mobile bill is estimated to be underneath your current bill. It includes your plan costs with any discounts, one-off charges and credits and a total cost of any outside of plan usage such as calls or app store charges.
If you’ve had an upgrade or made any changes since your last bill, you’ll also see any part-charges or credits.
It’s a helpful guide but may not include all charges / credits if your account has multiple types of discounts, so always refer to your actual bill when it’s produced.
