Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

Try using the automated service and they will give you a call back. That’s what I did and spoke to somebody

I am unable to make or receive calls. Our home phone is exactly the same. Is there a problem with the network?
I've removed my Sim, restarted etc & nothing is working.

Hi since this morning i’m unable to make any calls on mobile number and on 150. Not being able to receive any calls as well. Anyone else facing issue?

There was a an alternative number 0800 956 6000 but s is constantly busy

Same here. Unable to make calls to anybody except my partner, which is pointless 'cos they're already sat next to me.
He's able to call his brother on O2. I can't call my parents, siblings or friends.
I try to contact support - can't do it. 150 number won't work. No chat support. App doesn't work.
Absolutely shocking. Mistakes and errors obviously happen, but EE should be SO embarrassed that they've designed such a shoddy process and support plan that when mistakes DO happen, customers are completely stranded. A company of that size, taking in that amount of revenue, with a process design this poor.
My junior school nephews could do a better job. Ridiculous.
