BT customer to EE broadband

6 attempts to transfer from bt to EE what a mess, they wanted to charge more than I pay now raised a complaint this morning and get a message this afternoon to say complaint completed! How can it be, no one has rang - only been with BT over 15 years I see why people try elsewear will be looking into it October

Yes rang 150 and they said might be best to join EE but have declined

Welcome to the community.

Did they say what the problem was with the transfer? Did the message say that the complaint was completed, as in submitted, or was did it say it was closed?

@williaj7 Just not getting it, you declined to the BT to EE move, so why are you raising an EE complaint when you are not even a EE customer. BT is where you need to go complaint's wise!
