We have recently switched from BT to EE broadband. All appeared to go relative smoothly before we noticed we were unable to receive BBC iPlayer or ITV X I also can notenter the LG App for purchasing software such as Iplayer or itv x
I am also unable to enter the LG store to reinstateI player and itv x
My television B & O eclipse is showing full internet connection and wifi connection The app have been working fine until the switchover
please can anybody be so kind and give me som suggestions or ideas

Whilst it'll sound really simple, have you tried restarting your Hub, making sure to leave this unplugged for at least 30 seconds?
If you haven't already too, you can run an initial check on your connection by sending us a text with HELP to 66033.
