Looking to upgrade my broadband and see what tv deals are however I keep getting this message and it won’t load anything I have spoke to EE on the phone and on chat but I just keep getting told that they have had problems today, but this has been going on for months now, I will be honest it’s put me off adding tv to my account because no1 seems to care that I keep getting this message
anyone else had this issue??

thats the problem I get that error message every single time I click on anything to add tv or upgrade broadband etc

Have you had a chance to try logging in through a different browser, or also given private browsing a try, to see if the same issue occurs on there?
