Transferred from BT copper to EE fibre. Work started 29th October 2024 finally nearly working 27th November 2024. However the supplied EE hub was faulty and am using the original BT hub. Internet fine but cannot receive incoming calls using the existing handset (a BT phone). Phoned 150 28th November 2024 and was told new hub on the way. Was told it would take 6 days to get the phone working properly. I was told a port needed reconfiguring.
4th December no new hub received yet and phone still not receiving incoming calls. What is going on? I am fed up with holding on 150 for 30/40 minutes.

@Warding Afraid that the forum has no account access or knows anything about you or your particular fault. You have to pursue this with EE CS to have the required information passed on, especially to WHY you have not received the replacement equipment.
