New phone

I phoned 150 and ordered a new monthly pay phone yesterday and they told me it was coming today, I haven’t received the phone today and I haven’t received a confirmation email or text, no tracking number or order nothing. I would like to know where my phone is

@Jessbrown2   You’ll get a notification with a tracking number once a device is allocated to you and it’s out for dispatch.      Have you’re checked your spam folder ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have checked my spam and junk there’s still nothing and I ordered the phone on Monday, the told me it was coming Tuesday and I’ve still heard nothing
