Just moved over from Plusnet FTTC & landline to EE with digital phone. It's gone relatively smoothly, and my phone is working correctly but I'd like to know what call charges there are, if any.
Searching the EE site for call charges led me to loads of prices, which I then realised related to mobile phones.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

@XRaySpeX Part of the transfer deal from Plusnet to EE was that we would continue to pay the same price, for the same (or better) service. On my bill, my broadband is itemised at £33.99 with a £4 discount to bring it down to £29.99, which is what I was paying to Plusnet.
I previously paid Plusnet £3 for broadband & £26.99 for line rental.
I'm surprised that I wasn't put on the EE pay per call plan, rather than the call pack unlimited plan, but I'm not complaining. 😉

Yes, digging back I find "Your EE Broadband and Digital Home Phone, with an unlimited call plan, are now set up."
Hadn't noticed that before. Not sure how unlimited the call plan is though. UK landline phones, and maybe mobiles I guess.

@Geriatrix Yes. I believe that EE only have 3 call plans (after having done a dummy order on their website)...
Pay per call
Unlimited UK minutes (landline & mobile)
Unlimited UK & 600 international minutes
So it seems that we get unlimited UK landline & mobile calls (with the normal exclusion of 084, 087, 09, & 118, which have an access charge of 22.84p per minute set by EE, and a service charge set by company you are calling)

Sounds fair to me! Thanks for your help.

@FoxRadio : Yes, that's right, just 3 calling plans. Did you get their prices pm?
The Unlimited plans do include calls to 0845 & 0870 nos.

@Geriatrix You moved from PN to EE to keep a functioning landline operated phone, that is still delivered over the FTTC / part Fibre part Copper but now in a DV Digital format only, it still cost's way over the odds to make calls without a plan.
£20.66*** Unlimited calling plan until it runs out. What you get below and think the 1hour fair play limit is still in effect that you would need to test with a call lasting over the 1hr mark...
Monthly Fee
(A 30 day rolling contract applies for chargeable
calling plans)
Calls to UK* National & Local numbers
Calls to 0845 & 0870 Numbers**
Calls to UK Mobile numbers (at all times) included*
Call landlines in 37 selected international
destinations at no cost with discounted rates to
all other destinations
Watch the exceptions and the explained as asterisk's * ** or ***

@XRaySpeX I did a dummy order as a new customer. The pay per call was £5 per month, Unlimited UK was £18 per month, and Unlimited UK & 600 international minutes was £22 per month.
