How much!

Just moved over from Plusnet FTTC & landline to EE with digital phone. It's gone relatively smoothly, and my phone is working correctly but I'd like to know what call charges there are, if any.
Searching the EE site for call charges led me to loads of prices, which I then realised related to mobile phones.

@Geriatrix  Yes. I believe that EE only have 3 call plans (after having done a dummy order on their website)...

Pay per call

Unlimited UK minutes (landline & mobile)

Unlimited UK & 600 international minutes

So it seems that we get unlimited UK landline & mobile calls (with the normal exclusion of 084, 087, 09, & 118, which have an access charge of 22.84p per minute set by EE, and a service charge set by company you are calling)

I have no idea whether I am on a pay per call for digital home phone. Having just been transferred to EE from Plusnet I haven't been given any info regarding my new EE account. My plan is Fibre 67 Core according to the website. Do the call rates on p15 of digital home phone rates apply to that package?

They apply to all New EE BB packages.

Unless you agreed to an Unlimited Mins plan, if you have a landline at all you are probably on Pay Per Call @ about £5-7 pm.

Thanks, but I don't have a landline any more. That's why I was moved to EE in order to plug my phone into the EE router.

I include digital landlines.

@Geriatrix Are you sure there wasn't anything in your email about your digital home phone plan? When I received my email from EE about my transfer date, it told me my broadband plan would be Fibre 67 core & my phone plan would be Call pack unlimited.

I was a bit surprised with my call pack, as I was on pay per call with Plusnet, so a bit of a win there. 👍

@XRaySpeX It's landline & mobile only. I have never actually looked to see how much it costs on the website. On my bill, I pay for broadband only. There is zero cost for the phone pack.

@FoxRadio : That is peculiar! It should be at least £20 pm. You are not only getting more phone plan than from PN but a lesser, free, cost.
