Contact list fault

I have recently moved from BT to EE broadband including home phone. The landline will no longer ring when people on my contact list call me. The phone lights up and if I see it I can answer but the phone doesn’t ring. Any help welcome.

@Sallyann0505 Have you tried just switching the router off, leave it 30 minutes and then back on again, add your mobile to the contact list, dial and see if you get a ring tone.
