Does anyone know how to.set up called ID on a landline please. Recently moved to EE from Plusnet in.order to keep landline. Since switchover the caller ID has disappeared. Thank you

Caller ID should be ON as standard but if it isn't you need to call CS to have it activated.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband
