Same here, account not been updated since 2020 (on pc) , and the app is not working, no contact because I'm not on twitter or such accounts.

Have you tried contacting our customer care team by calling 150 from your EE handset?
By account not being updated do you mean no upgrade has taken place?

@Scouser50 Does it show correctly on the my EE app ? If it does are you logging in to the correct account on the PC. The app and your online account are the same and the app is just a link to your online account

pc (app only) after a live chat conversation,they changed it to match the
app email, and everything is ok, apart from the app, loading slowly .Kind
