I am wanting to upgrade as a staff member. this is my first time upgrading as a staff member and i would like some guidance.

@bt118  As you saying you work for BT/EE ?  If you do you shouldn’t be posting on here you’re not allowed too.  

But I assume you upgrade just like any other customer via your online account.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
