My sim blocked

I took a EE sim recently and paid 30 pounds for a month through direct debit  two days later my sim is blocked and i did not able to receive any network plz respond and to activate my sim @itsupport

@Saireddy_e  This public forum can not do anything about this you’ll have to call customer services from a different phone.
