Phone contract i dont want new phone just cheaper bills

Hi contract nearly up don't want new phone want to pay less and only use half data anyway

I upgraded my iPad but instead of upgrading my current iPad, ee went ahead and opened an additional line for me. Why would I want 3 lines? Why not just upgrade the iPad like I asked you to do. Nothing is clear. Nothing is simple.
