anyone else had poor instore customer service?
i went to my local store on 1st Feb as i had booked my phone for a check up / MOT as my phone was saying it was due, when i arrived the assistant asked me if there was anything wrong with my phone which i replied no and was here for it checking over to see it was still functioning as it should to be told i had wasted my time as it's only looked at if there was an issue with it. i then asked about early upgrade and was asked when contract expires which is July and was told to come back in June!!!!
looks like i will be looking elsewhere

I am very sorry to hear this has happened.
When you booked the MOT the store should have run hardware and software diagnostics to solve any issues, and also carry out a deep clean and you’ll get an in-depth report along with recommendations on how to keep your device healthy.
If this was not the case, I would advise booking another time to visit if you can and see if this can be looked into by the store.

thanks for your reply, i don't think i will bother booking another appointment (i struggled to get to the 1st one as i have a medical condition at the moment).
1st impressions last and as i stated i will be shopping around when my contract expires
