Hi,
I rang up 2 weeks ago and cancelled my contract as it expries january 2023 but dont want it to roll over.
The person on the phone said it was all done and i would have to pay the £80 to end. which is fine.
MY direct debit has just gone out the normal amount, not the £80 and ive got no confirmation that it is ending. have they messed it up or is this normal?

If you've given your 30days cancellation notice, you continue to receive chargeable service until your phone is disconnected. After that you will receive your final bill with any credits or debits applied.
