Last night my phone got disconnected and apparently my account is closed. I had a message a few days ago saying changes to your account someone will phone you. They did, but couldn't hear a thing they were either mute or using a naff phone. Pay monthly and never missed a payment. What a garbage company this is

@Chubnut You’ll need to call customer support about this.
I would also cheep check of your banking information as this could be someone has taken over your line. To close an account the number is ported out to a different network or you request to terminate the contract . EE don’t just close an account
