@brendancooper49 , have you checked your bill to see what extras you are paying, worth downloading your bill and having a look. This will also depend whether it is a new contract or an upgrade, or just your regular bill.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

In what way do you believe your bill to be wrong? We may be able to offer general advice on this forum, but only EE C/S have access to your specific account to answer queries.

You can contact them on 150 from your mobile.
