I purchased EE mobile and broadband as a combine package with £10/month for the unlimited mobile data. My first mobile bill was £30. I contacted the salesman who said everything was fine from what he could see and I should phone 150. I did this and was told that my EE services would be linked and I would receive a refund. My next mobile bill arrived and again was £30. I emailed the salesman and asked him to sort it or give me the number of a person who could. All silent on the EE front. Can anyone give me a contact number. At 82 I dont want to spend the rest of my life chasing this problem.
