i ordered the 17 yesterday and it sent me a order number so when i’ve gone on to track it it says “oops your tracking time ran out” i’m confused

@hgfyuu66 Thanks for trying that. In this case just to be sure there are no issues with the order causing the error I would recommend getting in touch with our team who can check on the order and advise if there is any tracking update.

Is it this order tracking page you are using? Do you get the same error if you try and use the tracking page on a separate browser?

@hgfyuu66 It could be the cause but if it has been over 24 hours and its still not allowing you to track I would recommend calling if you do need some help tracking the order still.
