hi so i am in the 2nd day of my new phone but i have changed my mind about the phone and want to change my phone but on a flex payment i am wondering what would happen to my flex pay if i desided to cancel and change my phone to a more simple one as i will be in my 14 day cooling off period for both phone and flex payment

@chubbzy If this was a online or phone sale you just need to call customer service to inform them you don’t want it. A returns package will be sent to you and you just need to try the device. that simple
if this was a store sale you do not have a change of mind cooling of period.

The 14day statutory cancellation period does just that - cancel the agreement in its entirety.
You can then re-order what you really want.
