change my direct debit details

I would like to change my direct debit details. Please.

Thanks for coming to the community.

You can change your direct debit details by logging in to your EE account through the website.

There is a step by step guide on how to do this on our Change your EE Direct Debit date or details page.

This would just apply for an airtime account, so if you are paying for a device on Flex Pay, please give us a call and our guides can update the payment details for you.

You can change your payment date or bank details in your EE a/c under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

You will need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers to do that though.
