Hi can I change the bank account of my direct debit

If you would prefer some help with this or need to change the direct debit for your flex pay agreement, you can call our customer care team who will be happy to help.

You can change your payment date or bank details in your EE a/c under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

You will need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers to do that though.
