cancelling 1 of 3 contracts

I have multiple contracts with EE, one being my partners handset and phone plan. Now I don't want to leave EE as I have been with the for over 10 years. However, due to a relationship breakdown I do want to cancel my partners contract one year earlier. I pay for the contracts but I will not pay for the contract for my partner, and I know he will not either.

Is there anyway of cancelling my partners contract one year earlier, as it is in my name?

If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

Make it clear which no. & contract you are cancelling.
