Extra payment and cancel direct debit

Helloi seen on my online banking a monthly payment of £58.30 was taken out…there has now been a following £29 taken out when there shouldn’t be. I would also like to cancel my contract pleaseThankyou

Hello. I avail a phone on EE and have a monthly subscription. And the phone is gonna be receiving today. I just want to ask if they you can refund my 10 pounds credit on my app. I just still have a credit on my app and not use it.

Upgrade

Hi I’m meant to be upgrading as my contact ends tomorrow but it won’t let me and I’ve been trying to updgrade for two months now and when I follow the correct steps at the end it says there’s no plans available for me right now
