Over 10 years service, paying you 60 to 70 pounds all those yrs , stoped workin

Due to my disability I couldn't keep  up with bills even down graded,  anyway I should had many points for all my yrs services loyalty 🤭🥲💯 bill was 50 pounds I couldn't pay then now I get debt collectors for 500 odd pound and u deleted my account absolutely disgusting way to treat long serving customer spending fortune every month what u couldn't wait a while and give me more care I used to highly recommend respect this company but just coz i got disabled and couldn't pay the 60 70 I payed 16 yrs terrible services and I thought better of yo EE !!
